Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. You have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return the item.

We aim to accept all returns. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all From Angie FZCO and designer garment tags still attached. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

To return or exchange an item, please email us at from.angie@icloud.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and we will send you an email of the address where you can ship the item back.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, taxes, and duties.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow us 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through From Angie FZCO.

However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.


Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of From Angie FZCO.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.


From Angie FZCO will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service.

We will not issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

We deliver Worldwide and locally to the United Arab Emirates. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier DHL Express.

Delivery Times

Same day delivery within Dubai, UAE providing the order is placed before 3 pm. Delivery to other Emirates will be within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Thursdays after 3 pm, Fridays, and Saturdays will be shipped the following Sunday.

Deliveries of orders outside the UAE will take 3-5 days. Custom clearance may create delays in delivery.

Any Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Customs policies vary from country to country.

All taxes, duties, and other applicable fees are your responsibility.

To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your full address along with your contact details during the checkout process.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
